Delayed in its original opening, The Peregrine Omaha began welcoming guests on March 30. The 108-year-old Omaha Designated Local Landmark was turned into a nouvelle, art deco-inspired boutique hotel with 89 guest rooms. Some guests may find their rooms facing the courtyard with a six-story hand-painted mural of a falcon. Its rooftop bar, The Take-off, opened in May. The hotel is a member of the Curio Collection by Hilton.
Hotel Indigo, completed back in December 2019, resides in the historic LaSalle Building designed by Isaac Taylor in 1909. This modern renovation includes 88 guest rooms, meeting rooms and suites on the second and third levels, a fitness center, and a specialty roof top bar. After a 14-month pause in service, its restaurant and bar, Switch List, is back open and serving guests. Hotel Indigo is a member of the IHG Hotels & Resorts.

Located in the popular Grove neighborhood, the custom venue designed by Trivers for The Social Affair catering company, reimagined a 1942 Kroger into one of the most exciting event venues in the City of St. Louis. The Dogwood continues Trivers’ showcase of modern adaptations of historic structures, bringing people together to finally celebrate again!
The newly renovated American Cancer Society (ACS) Hope Lodge in St. Louis now offers 42 rooms, public and private spaces for guests, and a fourth level outdoor terrace with views of the neighborhood and Forest Park. Reimagining the former 1992 ACS Missouri Area Regional office building, the structure now provides free, modern, healthy temporary housing for patients and families. The new space was named a finalist in the St. Louis Business Journal’s Building St. Louis Awards 2021.
